What makes this apartment so unique?
The 1-bedroom apartment (T1 - max. 3 adults) with an area of 60 m2 is located on the first and highest floor of the apartment building. It is located in the center of the enchanting town of Tavira, just a 400-meter walk from all restaurants and sights. Parking at the apartment is free and on public roads.
It is a spacious and bright apartment with beautiful patio doors to the living room and open kitchen with bar area and dining area. The living room has a large corner sofa/sofa bed, beautiful details and a smart TV for relaxation. Air conditioning and heating are available.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all facilities, including dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer and combination microwave, coffee and tea making facilities. From the hall you reach the bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The spacious bedroom has ample closet space (with ironing board) and 2 hotel beds (made as a double bed or as 2 single beds). For a good night's sleep, there are sun-darkening curtains and air conditioning.
You reach the spacious communal roof terrace via the general stairs. This terrace is only shared with the downstairs neighbors, who occasionally hang their laundry here. The lounge set and garden set with 4 chairs are exclusively for guests.

Tavira is located in the middle of the salt pans area of the Ria Formosa nature park on the banks of the Rio Gilao. That is in the Eastern Algarve, about thirty kilometers from Faro airport and just as far from the Spanish border.
From Tavira you take the ferry to Ilha de Tavira with beautiful stretched sandy beaches, blue sea and plenty of fun. Nearby towns such as Vila Real de Santa Antonio, Olhao and Cabanas are definitely worth a visit. There are also the most beautiful golf courses and unspoilt nature in the immediate vicinity.
