Minimum stay is 7 nights. We work with a deposit and we expect our guests to handle the house and belongings with due care. The final cleaning fee is included in the price. Interim cleaning is optional and will be paid locally. Bed linen is available and a beach towel is also provided for each guest. No additional costs will be charged for this.

In the low season from November 1 to April 1, the costs for electricity ((30ct/kWh), water and wood are charged at cost price for a rental period of 1 month and longer. Prices vary from € 840 per week in the low season and € 1610 per week in high season. In case of winter rental, click here.
