Conditions

• Rental price per month for the months November to March is:
• 1 - 2 months: € 1,850 per month (nightly price € 62)
• 2 - 3 months: € 1,750 per month (nightly price € 58)
• > 3 months: € 1,650 per month ( night price € 55)
• Prices are exclusive of electricity at € 0.30 per kWH and water (based on a maximum of 2 persons based on starting and ending positions: average € 200 - € 250 per month in the winter period).
• Firewood at cost price.
• The minimum stay during the winter period is 1 month.
• Deposit is € 300 per month, which is deducted from electricity and water. Remaining deposit will be settled within 2 weeks after stay.
• 2 sets of bath and bed linen per stay. If extra is required or for an additional guest, € 25.00 per guest/extra set will be charged.
• Final cleaning is € 75. Pets are not accepted in the house.
• It is a non-smoking house; Smoking outside is of course allowed.
• Interim cleaning and laundry is possible for a fee.
• Baby bed and high chair may be available.
